Mouth Ulcers Medication

Question

Asked for Male, 4 Years

My son had mouth ulcers occuring twice last month and was prescribed quadragel and Junior Lanzol 15 mg, the latter incase he had gastritis of the stomach. My son got an ulcer on the inner side of the upper lips with little swelling and redness again this month and he complaints of stomach pain too at times. May I know if I should give full tablet or half tablet for 3 days in the morning before food ?

Considering the symptoms he has Gastritis developing. And also may be he has Digestion issue too. Regarding tablet you have to give Half tablet daily in morning empty stomach. Beside medication start B12 supplements and Diet which not cause acidity issue. Like vegetables, water, milk, banana etc. Avoid junk foods is must. For detail pls consult.
