Zytee gel twice a day on mouth ulcers. For cough with mucus , you can try giving him steam inhalation or levocetrizine. Avoid spicy food,  can give lanzol junior for 4-5 days. Add multivitamins. Repeated oral ulcers can be due to GER. So avoid giving him food late at night. Preferably 2 hours before bed. Avoid fast food, spicy foods. Maintain a soft diet Avoid caffeinated drinks, cold drinks, tea, coffee if taken. If the ulcer gets infected you need to be taken to physician for physical examination.
