6 years child suffer mouth ulcer for 3 month and morning cough with mucus. i consulted a doctor he give some medicine it gives temporary relief only

Apply zytee gel every 8 hourly 30-45 minutes before feeds. Syp Zincovit 5 ml once a day for 10 days.
Next Steps
Avoid solids and spicy foods till the ulcer heals. Also check whether the child is having regular motions daily.

Apply zytee gel on ulcers twice a day. Give multivitamins for a week . Avoid spicy food, give soft diet.

Just apply Zytee-L gel over mouth ulcers and give Syrup Zincovit 7.5ml daily once for 1 month

U can give multivitamin tablets and zytee ointment for ulcers. Is the cough associated with fever? If so need to give antibiotics with expectorant syrup
