Iam getting mouth ulcers on tongue regularly what should I do to recover this problem? Please suggest..

There can be many reasons for ulcers like stress , alleric to some food , tongue bite , vit. B 12 Deficiency . So u can consult with oral maxillofacial surgeon . He will diagonse it in better way

Are you under stress. Frequent mouth ulcers can be due to a number of causes which includes vitamin deficiencies and various skin conditions too. One of the most common cause is stress. Get the stress levels down. If the problem persists get an evaluation done by an Oral medicine Specialist.

Hello, there are various reasons for ulcers to occur on tongue.  Like vitamin deficiencies, stress, sharp tooth, etc ..  I would like to suggest you to get diagnosed in the first place ... Get to know the cause and treated. U can try incorporating more green veggies in your diet , citrus fruits, nuts, sesame seeds ,etc rich in vitamin B 12 and Vit C to help improve your condition.
