Hii I have got mouth ulcers.. I had got one sometime back which was very bad and lasted for 17 days. . and ther is a new one coming now .. what should I do ?

Apply benzocaine tube and lignocaine gel...half hr before an after having food...avoid hot N spicy food...do not brush in dat area..jus massage
