Continue with b comples and apply dologel thrice a day plus start having breakfast early. Because empty stomach causes more ulcers

Use dentogel or Dolo gel...it's a painkiller along with local anaesthetic..apply continuosly, mainly before having food..it makes that ulcer painless and allows you to take food comfortably..it will heal in 3-4 days..Along with this, take vitamin B complex capsules as supplement

The ulcers generally heal on their own in about a week. Apply dologel or mucopain to the ulcer 5-10 minutes before food. If it doesn't heal in 10 days, visit a dentist.
