Sir/Mam i have got mouth ulcer since last one month and got blister on lips and toungue.i am still using orasore but it's just pain killer ,it is not helping to minimize mouth ulcer.what should i do?

Ulcers due to gastric problem, constipation. Take light food,avoid spicey food and citrus food. Take multivitamins once in a day and take healthy diet.
