For mouth ulcers, apply zytee lotion to the ulcers. For loose motions give ORS like Electral to drink. Check for dehydration like decreased urine, loss of weight and weakness. Consult a pediatrician if not better. For voice change, you can give hot water to drink with honey and other hot liquids. Is she having cough and cold?

Hi Give green leafy vegetables and fruits. Reduce milk and milk products for couple of days Apply mucopain or Zytee gel for mouth ulcer Give probiotics like enterogermina respule 2 times/ day.
