Hi my son last three days didn't eat a food because his mouth and lips for sore tell me sir which treatment and  food  good for my child

Apply orasep lotion before meals for 3-5 days,give syp vizylac 5 ml twice a day. Stop bottle feeding if given,and give  just 2 milk and 3 solid meals a day. Bland food is advisable.
