Morning bp
Respected sir or mam. After coming it from brisk walking 45 min and after taking rest ...for 20 min I done my bp check plz check and tell me...in present im taking stamelo tablets for 1 time in a morning after break fast ...should I stop using tablet or continue it im.sharing u by conforming it I have taken 2 time bp reading in a same times ...in a same minutes

The medicines that are prescribed work 24 hrs round the clock so if ur BP is almost in range it's becoz u hav taken yesterday's dose
So there is no way that u cn stop taking ur meds
If u still want to experiment stop them n test ur BP for next three days

You shld continue your medicine to controll it always. Its not short term treatment.. though lifestyle management must be part of.

Continue your medicine same as before. It is not advisable to stop bp medicine unless there is need like low blood pressure.
