More urination at night. Ml at night.

I took my mother who has been suffering from recurrent UTI to an urologist nearby who on examining her said that her urethra passage had shrunk and so put her on a catheder for four days..he also said that she had vaginal strenosis...but didn't want to interfere with it now.. after four days the catheder was removed and she was sent home with sildoo 8 preschool for ten days and to review after 15days... while on catheder I noticed that her urine output during the day was very less compared to the night..if it was some 300 ml by day it was around 900 to 1100 ml at night... even after catheder removal I am noticing that the frequency of urination is less during daytime. Once in three hours or so and the output also pretty low and not continuous..nightime urination fast and more and she goes once in three hours.kindly advice Dr.. she has occasional coughing too especially at night she had a vaginal hysterectomy done 10 years ago after grase 3 uterus prolapse
