Monthly Periods miss

Asked for Female, 29 Years

Sir I Mrs Kiranbala Mishra, aged 29, 5'5", 60 kg missed my periods. Actually my date was on April 29th. After urine test i came to know i was pregnant then on May 10th i take anti pregnancy kit and then bleeding started from 13th May. So now my periods is 13th June but when i check my urine i found its positive. Please help me in this matter
