Missed periods after taking 2 contracep

Asked for Female, 38 Years

Hi , My periods are regular with 28-30 days cycle . Last month , 1 st October I had my periods .. between 7th-20th October , I took 1 I pill and 1 n 72 pack with a gap of 7-10 days in between above two contraceptives . On 21st October - there was blood spot on my clothes ( some blood discharge ) and then I missed 1st nov monthly periods. Took pregnancy test at home with negative result Pls suggest what needs to be done as I am too concerned ..
