Irregular periods (2 times/month) can happen due to hormonal imbalance. A TSH of 0.63 is within the normal range, but if it is on the lower side for you, mild thyroid overactivity can sometimes cause frequent bleeding. Other common causes include stress, recent weight changes, PCOS, ovulation issues, or uterine problems (like fibroids or infection). Next steps: Consult a gynecologist and get tests like T3, T4, pelvic ultrasound, and hormonal profile. If bleeding is heavy, prolonged, or associated with pain, see a doctor soon.

Gap between two day one of the periods can be 21 to 37 So getting periods two times a day can be normal Thyroid levels are normal If you are bleeding before 21 days you need investigations to find out the reason and treatment can be offered accordingly
