Asked for Female, 24 Years

Sir I was in high fever from 1st of sept and felt little good on 6th sept on 7th sept I had protected sex with my fiance. Later on 21st (my period date) I dint get periods (missed) I took pregnancy test on 2nd Oct it was negative (prega news) again I took on 3oct it was positive (prega news) now what should I do? Now I don't know why I missed period beacause of my high tablets when I was in fever or I am pregnant... Please suggest me what to do. I don't want to do abortion type of all
