Missed period and fever
My wife's period date is sept 19th but she has missed the period and till now there is no indication of it and now she is suffering from fever body pains running nose back pain and dry cough.is this a sign for pregnancy and can we use dolo 650 as medication for her right now.

Maybe . Confirmation is compulsory.Either do Bhcg or urine test.If comes negative means no pregnancy then take tablet for withdrawal bleeding after consulting with the gynaecologist or me through practo online.
