Missed menstrual period
My wife last menstrual cycle was 20th July, always occur 4 days early it suppose to be this month 16th but this time she missed period till the date and she has now back pain and little tired she feels, Is it symptoms of pregency? When we have to do pregency test if she miss the period till further?

You can do a test now. It comes positive by this time. If it comes negative and period still doesn't come, then wait for two weeks to repeat test, or alternatively you can get it done from a path lab instead of doing from kit.
