Long menstrual cycle
I skipped two periods. I thought I was pregnant but then I started my menstrual cycle. It's been right days, going on nine. I usually only have a period for four days so I'm really concerned about what's going on.

Have you done a pregnancy test? If it's positive, abortion or ruptured ectopic pregnancy are possibilities. But most probably it's none of those, you are bleeding heavy because your uterine endometrium was getting formed for these 3 months and now they are shredding off.
