Miscarriage in 11weeks
I got abortion at 11weeks because I had internal hemorrhage to sac. Though baby heartbeat was good and healthy during 9 weeks. Is there any particular reason for internal hemorrhage why occurs.
Any precautions should I take before getting conceive again.

Avoid pregnancy for 3 months after abortion. Periconceptional folic acid in next pregnancy before you plan start taking folic acid and progesterone support for the first 3 months in the next pregnancy . Also do your tsh n FBS .
