Spotting during 11weeks pregnancy
Hi, I am 11weeks pregnant and currently in morning I see very light spotting. I had visited the doctor after spotting(image number marked as 1) but doctor checked and confirm everything looks fine and when he checked there was no spotting or blood signs. Post that I came home and when I coughed I saw some spotting again (this was the heaviest spotting which I have seen from the day I started seeing spotting, attached no.2 in the image) and then the whole day I didn't see anything. I was seeing the spotting since Monday morning but that was negligible like only when I was wiping in morning and post that whole day was normal. I visited the doctor on Monday and even today and he said everything is normal baby is doing fine. So, I am confused. Could you please help. For your information I am taking progesterone 100mg tablets vaginally ( one at night), duphaston 10mg (twice) and also on heparin injection since the start of my pregnancy since I had a miscarriage previously on 7weeks.

The spotting you have mentioned is really good negligible. I don't know whether your Gynaecologist did sonography or not. But it should be done. I want to confirm Foetal viability and also exclude any bleeding in chorio-decidual space. Please also get your coagulation profile done. These days so many patients are put on LMW Heparin.  You may discuss with your Gynaecologist about that being a cause for spotting.
