Detected subchorionic hemorrhage of 28*6 mm near the lower pole of sac in USG at 7 weeks 6 days. No bleeding or spotting noted yet , no previous abortion, no previous miscarriage. Fetal heartbeat: 154 bpm. It is worrisome?

Forget it. Small price you pay for being born in 21st Century. The problem was there even 50 years ago but no one used to bother because Ultrasound scan was not there.
