Subchronic hemorrhage
Hi i am 12 weeks 3 days pregnant yesterday my Nt scan was done and told to me that my placenta is anterior low and have subchronic hemorrhagic of 11*07 mm size at lower edge of placenta.Is it risky to my baby What other steps should be taken to remove the clot Attached my report also

It's relatively safe . Nothing much can be done to remove the clot it will resolve on its own over weeks recommend pelvic rest (avoiding sexual intercourse), avoiding heavy lifting, and reducing strenuous activity to prevent aggravation.  Your doctor will monitor the condition to ensure the health of the pregnancy.

Hi there, you are 13 wks 1 day today Subchorionic haemorrhage of 11*7 mm at lower edge, we don't need to remove the clot.  You need to take rest, avoid physical intimacy and add some medication, Nutrition too during early pregnancy is important I suggest video consultation for prescription and guidance.
