Minor fever 98°-99° and weakness
Hi Doctor, I have mild fever from last 3 days between 98-99°(Including minor sore throat, headache, bodyache, eyes pain, muscle pain, internal weakness) anf most of the time i am tired without doing anything. Please suggest what needs to be done in this, as 1 day i feel good next day again same issue. Thank you!
