Mind disturbance
I am always thinking about my past not happy with my present. Earlier i was working in coal india now working in other psu which is good but not getting satisfaction and mental peace. I have no problem in my life i have two children lovely wife and govt job. Still my mind alway remain thinking about past that that was good disappointed with present. Sometimes i like to cry. I think nothing could bring happines to me. I forget how to live happy

Today, to nourish your Neurons, and create healthy ones: 1) Think about the moment/activity when you enjoyed the most last time, and plan another activity this week/month. 2) Step out in the sun for 10 minutes, and feel the energy, nourishing your cells. 3) Acknowledge, 3 things in your life which has a positive impact on your life. Think about it 3-4 during the day 4) Once in a day, always remember where you came from, what you have achieved, and keep your feet on the ground, while you fly higher. Take your ground with you to fly, while having feet on the ground. 5) Chill, and relax for 10 minutes, 5-6 times in a day.
