Thinking of mind
I usually get into negative side when someone I don't like and still they come in front of me. In that situation my behaviour and mind will change. I try to keep calm myself. But the effect will be there for few days. I recover myself not thinking about it.

This is related your old events which were happened with some individuals.That was your Bad experience with that and has gone into your unconscious mind and whenever u r see some People ,your thaught correlated with that experience.It will wash out gradually.you need psychologist or psychiatris help psychotherapy like CT
