Migraine issues
Hey, I have been experiencing migraine headaches since the age of around 10–12 years. Earlier, the episodes were quite frequent, but over time their frequency has reduced to about 3–4 severe attacks per year. During these episodes, the pain is extremely intense, to the point that I am unable to get out of bed, and even medications like Vasograin do not provide relief. Vasograin is the only medication I take for my headaches, nothing else. In addition to these severe migraine attacks, I also experience mild to moderate headaches about 1–2 times a week, especially when I have increased screen time or higher levels of work-related stress. I have identified certain triggers for my migraines, including exposure to strong smells, prolonged loud noise or music, stress, less sleep and consumption of fast food.
