Vestibular Migraine issue
Hello Doctor, I have been experiencing episodes of dizziness/spinning sensation that last for around 1–2 hours. Sometimes it improves after rest or sleep. I have undergone tests like MRI, EEG, and VNG, and all reports are normal. Based on my symptoms, I understand it could be vestibular migraine. I would like your guidance on how to prevent future episodes. Could you please suggest: Necessary lifestyle modifications Dietary precautions (foods to avoid) Any preventive medications or supplements Things to avoid in daily routine My goal is to avoid recurrence and manage this condition effectively. Thank you

Since how many days is it present? Any time of the day it appears? Any preceding symptoms before the dizziness and any vomiting sensation associated? Are you able to maintain balance during the episode?
