Brain migraine
Doctor, he have been having episodic headaches for 6 months. They are throbbing and moderate to severe. Before or during attacks, I get visual disturbances like flashing lights and sometimes difficulty speaking. I also feel light sensitivity, dizziness, and sometimes red eyes and nasal congestion. After the headache, I feel tired with brain fog and neck soreness. Everything returns to normal after the episode. I want to know if this is migraine with aura and whether I need an MRI or treatment.” Sometimes he gets it upon traveling somewhere or getting exposed to sunlight

Yes, based on the symptoms this is most likely migraine with aura, and you should get treated as one but the symptoms like dysphasia may point to a focal seizure as well, although highly unlikely. But because it js quite early in your life, a base line MRI brain should be done and also you should keep a tab on frequency of episodes as well
Next Steps
Continue treatment of migraine and get an MRI Brain done
Health Tips
Keep tab of episodes and if possible record the episodes as well. It would help your doctor
