Based on the limited information provided, your symptoms are suggestive of migraine with recent change in pattern. However, a definitive diagnosis cannot be made without detailed clinical evaluation. Increase in frequency may be related to triggers or overuse of pain medications. Since there is a recent change in headache pattern, it is advisable to consult a neurologist for proper assessment and to determine if any further tests are required. .
Health Tips
Kindly avoid frequent self-medication. For individualized treatment, an in-person consultation is recommended.
