Health Tips
Regarding the GERD, some lifestyle modifications can help like avoiding spicy, oily food and aerated drinks, caffeine. Take frequent small meals rather than large sittings. Walk for atleast 10-15 min after every meal. Don't lie down for atleast 30 min after eating food.
