Mid back pain only on the RIGHT
I have persistent back pain which lasted since last year and disappeared two months ago. It came back this week with the pain being really uncomfortable as usual. Mid back pain, at the right, near the scapula area. it's very uncomfortable, even as i stand or sit. Only time i find comfort, when i lie down on my bed. I'M JUST 19 YEARS OLD KID IN COLLEGE AND HAVING PART TIME JOB. I stretch a lot too. ): Any idea what's causing this and how to heal it?

Hi as per your information it's looks like you got over active rhomboideus muscle in right side  and it happens when your lower trap under active or one side scapula downward rotated . Do get released rhomboideus by any physiotherapist and simultaneously work on your lower trap means strengthen it.

you can go for dry needling for your rhomboideus.
