Metalic teast in tongue.

Asked for Female, 34 Years

My husband is having metalic teast in his tounge From last 3-4 days and feeling like dryness in mouth. Took paracetamol 2 times before 4 days. He is not getting complete 8 hrs sleep. Also sleeping late night from last 3 years. I want know the couses pls guide.
