I don't sleep at night. Want to work something but not to do it think it is Laziness, Will Power, etc.
Like Everytime I confirm that I will go outside for walk or exercise but when time comes then not happening.
Please tell me know what should I do.
And also I write my plans whenever it comes in my mind.
