Mental stress and overthinking
I have had a bad relationship in the past and it is effecting my current relationship. Just because of past events I’m unable to trust and feeling Insecure all the time. I can’t sleep at night due to over thinking and feb a small disturbing incident is creating an unwanted distance between us. And my current relationship is a long distance one.

Hi Thanks for writing. Trust issues do root from past relationships. You might need to work on this and this can hamper present and future relationships like you said. Trust issues can cause excessive thinking and further related concerns
