Hi I have always had anger issues since I was a child but nowadays the rage is getting difficult to control and i am scared. Who do u think I should consult? A psychologist? Or a Psychiatrist?

Appreciate yourself for being proactive and seeking help.Anger issues could stem from genetic predisposition ,neurological reasons or environmental issues such as wrong modeling etc. We need to recognize that anger is a normal emotion ,it becomes problem when its not handled , managed properly. Rage that is being displayed is a symptom of the underlying issues .These issues can be unraveled, worked upon alongwith a counselling Psychologist
