Mental health issues
My mother (45) has been suffering from depression since the past 20 to 25 years. The situation has just worsened. I think it's lead to something else now. Maybe she's suffering from something more severe and serious. She has lost her presence of mind. She still lives in the past. She's been through alot all her life. She lost her mother at a very young age, she had after marriage issues, in law issues, she lost her first child, the child was born dead. Her first child, My elder brother was born while she was on severe medication. We're facing the consequences now, My brother being 20 is still not normal. She recently lost her father also. She had attempted suicide around 15-16 years back by drinking kerosene. And now she believes that she's dead and shes living in the other world, where all gods reside. She believes we are all gods out here and this is her other life.I think her depression has lead to some thing else now, Maybe she's suffering from something which I'm unaware of.

All symptoms mentioned also suggest psychosis along with depression. Feeling that one or part of oneself doesn’t exist is a delusion of negation. A definite diagnosis can be made only on detailed consultation with a psychiatrist. Psychosis is treated with medicines. Also depression can be seen with psychosis in many.
