My boyfriend has been experiencing serious health issues due to stress — including chest pain on both sides, pain in the testicles, headaches, breathing problems, and anxiety. These ongoing health concerns are making him very angry and emotionally overwhelmed.
He has a lot of expectations from me. He wants me to remember every small thing and express everything exactly the way he imagines. I genuinely try to do my best for him, but even after trying many times, he still doesn’t feel satisfied.
During arguments, he gets extremely aggressive and has even raised his hand on me. He later says he needs certain things from me and that these are his problems — but I don’t know how to help him or improve his health. I am really worried about him and about our situation.”

Hi
Your worry is completely valid your boyfriend is struggling emotionally and physically, but the weight of his stress is being carried by you, and that is becoming unsafe. His chest pain, headaches, breathing issues, and anxiety show that his nervous system is overloaded, and he genuinely needs professional help. But his expectations from you remembering every detail, behaving exactly how he wants, fulfilling his emotional needs perfectly are not things any partner can realistically do. This can be overwhelming
In therapy, we would focus on helping you separate your role from his responsibility, rebuild boundaries, and understand what a safe and respectful relationship should look like. Supporting him cannot come at the cost of your safety or emotional wellbeing. He needs treatment but you need protection, clarity, and emotional grounding too. Take therapy.
