You may be suffering from depression, precipitated by your recent stressful situations. U mentioned u undergone counselling. But did u visited appropriate person for counselling? And if so then did you continued the sessions till the prescribed time frame? If you expect from sessions that after 2 3 sessions symptoms will go of as u visited a doctor, i afraid it wont happen. There is a certain structure for psychotherapy session. U need to complete that to get any result. U also have to give extra effort with the psychologist to get maximum out of the sessions. I think psychotherapy sessions will help u to come out of ur problems. Visit a clinical psychologist only for psychotherapy.
Next Steps
consult a registered clinical psychologist
