Melasma may not respond to your cleanser . Infact harsh cleanser may increase Melasma . There is no sure shot one time treatment for Melasma . Melasma can only be controlled but not cured. A good SPF sunscreen is a must along with lot of fruits and vegetables and hydration of skin . Dr.Suruchi Puri may suggest you some home peels or clinic peels along with practical approach to reduce it . You can meet her once since you are from Delhi .
