It is possible and normal to feel anxiety and breathlessness after reducing flunil but 02 reduced is not possible. It's in your best interest if you consult a psychiatrist in person and get yourself assessed to further optimise the treatment or medication.

Please don’t alter medication doses by yourself. Sudden stoppage or sudden reduction of medications like SSRIs can cause rebound anxiety / set of other symptoms we call discontinuation syndrome .
