I was diagnosed with herpes 2 years ago because of a cold sore in my mouth and high fever. After the first breakout, I didn't have any for 2 years. Lately I've been on a lot of stress cuz of work and it's appeared in my mouth suddenly. It's so bad that I can't even open my mouth. The medicine I was given was 2 years ago when I was in the US. Don't remember the name now and I can't seem to find it online. Kindly suggest something to get rid of the cold sores in the mouth soon. Thank you

First you should consult with good Physician /dermatologist to rule out herpes.
Zovirax tablet ( Acyclovir) 800 mg every 4 hours orally, 5 times daily for 1 week if herpes is confirmed.
In India lots of alternative brands are available like herpikind/acivir etc
Next Steps
sore throat can be treated with antibiotics like Augmentin etc
