Medicine for diarrhea
My 16 months old baby girl having diarrhea. She is going motion like watery condition. Which medicine should I use bifilac Sachet or enterogermina? How many quantity should I use and for how many days?

Main thing is to replace the lost fluids by continuing breast milks and giving ORS . Mostly diarrhea in this age group are viral diarrhea and take about 3 to 5 days to recover . The main concern in diarrhea is dehydration which has to be prevented from happening . The sachets mentioned here don't have any proven benefit but as u describe very watery stools you can use enterogermina once or twice daily .
But again repeating , no medicine is a substitute for replacement of lost fluid and prevention of dehydration . If the baby is active and playful , passes light colored urine every 3 to 4 hours , it means he is well hydrated
