Medical treatment for Anal Fissure
I have a chronic anal fissure since past 3 months and it has also resulted in a small anal tag. I want to ask if medicinal treatment can be effective in curing it completely or is surgical procedure necessary for permanent healing? Also if I don't opt for surgery, can constipation/anal intercourse etc aggravate the fissure in the future? Please let me know, I'll be very grateful for your recommendation. Thanks and Regards.
