I have had a head ache and stomach ache for 36 hours and I have taken Aspirin and Ibuprofen. I don't know what to do nothing seems to be working.

The information given by you is little inadequate to make a correct diagnosis. If your headche came first and has been coming regularly you might be suffering from migraine. You will require sone basic checkup and evaluation for finding out cause of your headaches.
Stomach pain can be because of gastritis caused by painkillers or some mild infection in the stomach. It can also be because some something more serious like pancreatitis. Its very diffcult to diagnose based on information provided.

you should get yourself checked by a physician and in the meanwhile stop taking spicy food and stick to bland food which are easy to digest like daliya, khichdi etc. Try taking some digene syrup which will help with the stomach ache due to gastritis.
