Maybe chicken pox
Three days ago I was feeling sick and today I am covered in little red dots and some big bumps on my skin. My face broke out also did the rest of my body. It's more of a burning sensation then an ich. I have never had chicken pox. I also feel like I have the stomach flu. I pooped about 3 times in the last 15 minutes and my poop has blood.
