Masturbation does not harm at all. There could be other reasons for concentration and sleep disturbance.  Do following Eat healthy food Exercise every day Sleep on time. Erratic schedule is bad See is there any other stress in life. Masturbation does not harm but if you have guilt about it then that guilt will cause stress.
