Phimosis does not allow foreskin retraction and hence intercourse can be painful. Even with forceful intercourse the skin can get tear and cause bleeding and can hamper the pleasure. Also phimosis can cause other issues like infection and difficult erection. Curvature of penis etc.
U may require circumcision. You can consult me for homoeopathic treatment.

It has no effect on pregnancy. However you can consult and address the issue before marriage.severe phimosis needs to be corrected surgically .You can consult me as I have a male doctor available at my clinic.
If your skin does not retract then having sexual intercourse may be painful which stretched your skin.
It does not affect the fertility as such but the erection itself may be painful as your penis cannot expand being limited by tight foreskin.
You may need to go for circumcision.
"Phimosis does not affect fertility or the ability to make your wife pregnant. However, since your foreskin is not retracting at all, you appear to have severe phimosis. Sexual intercourse may be painful and there is a risk of foreskin tearing. Please consult a urologist for examination and treatment options such as steroid therapy or circumcision before marriage. Do not forcefully retract the foreskin."
