Masturbation and right leg pain

Asked for Male, 24 Years

I masturbate 3 times a week , each time I feel severe pain in my right thigh after orgasm . What is the cause and what is temporary pain relief medication ? I'll be grateful to you. I have my exam after two days need urgent advice for temporary pain relief in my right leg.
