Hello, Try a course of mild analgesics and anti inflammatory medicines. If it still doesn’t go away consider getting a detailed evaluation done with a physician since the pain is specifically around nipples.

With normal IFT, lipid profile, USG, KFT, and no breathing issues, this type of point-like chest pain near the nipple that radiates to armpit/upper chest is most commonly muscular or nerve-related (costochondritis / muscle strain / intercostal neuralgia) — not heart-related. Since the doctor has already examined you and started medicines, it is correct to continue them for 7–10 days. These pains often take 1–3 weeks to settle. When to worry: Increasing pain Pain with exertion + breathlessness Fever Rash (possible shingles)

The kind of pain you describe, seems to be muscular or due to anxiety. Continue the meds. Prescribed by your Dr, avoid exposure to cold weather.

Hello, Any pain that radiates to the armpit or any part of the shoulder area could be a sign of B complex, Vitamin D3 or Calcium deficiency but the major you ng to worry about is your heart, So my advice is getting ECG and your reports are not clearly visible except USG(Sonography) which shows multiple cysts that could be a sign of liver disease but still need to be confirmed from the laboratory tests result which are not clearly visible as far as I can see
