Doctor , I noticed a small swelling lymph node in back of neck under hairline which is painless since Nov - 2019. I had taken antibiotics given by medicine doctor but it is nothing improved however, size is not increased . Some doctors told me it may be a dandruff issues & I had used very good shampoos , but swelling not vanished. Physically I don't have any problems as no symtoms of fever, weight loss etc. I have attached last usg report of back of neck & picture of affected areas . If it is dandruff scalps issues then swelling may persist prolonged time ? . What can be suspect by attached usg report. Is it any threatening? . Please share opinion .
What does mean chronic inflammation. Note my first usg report conclusion was focal lymphadenitis then lession size was 5 mm x 3 mm tested on 22/11/2019.
